THE TEAM

About the MyAnagramSolver Team

Word game enthusiasts, competitive Scrabble players, and software developers who built the tools we personally use and wished existed.

Who Built This?

MyAnagramSolver was created by a small team of word game players and web developers who were frustrated by the limitations of existing free anagram tools: result truncation at 50 words, daily usage limits, slow server-based processing, and forced signup flows. We built the tool we personally needed — one with a complete word database, browser-based speed, zero signup, and no artificial limits.

The team includes competitive Scrabble club players, Wordle enthusiasts with 400+ day streaks, Daily Jumble regulars, and crossword constructors. This direct experience with word games informs every feature decision — from which word lists to include, to which game-specific tools to prioritize, to how results should be sorted and filtered.

Our Expertise

🏆
Competitive Scrabble
Team members have played in rated Scrabble club games. This gives us direct knowledge of what information players actually need during a game.
📖
Word Game History
Deep familiarity with Scrabble, Words With Friends, Wordle, Jumble, Boggle, Bananagrams, and crossword solving — we use every tool we build.
💻
Software Development
Browser-based JavaScript development, algorithm optimization, and word database curation. The frequency-map algorithm was custom-built for speed.
📚
Linguistics
Understanding of English word formation, morphology, and how different word lists (TWL, SOWPODS, ENABLE) differ and why it matters for each game.

Our Philosophy

Word game tools should be free, fast, private, and complete. Not free-with-limitations, not free-for-3-searches-per-day, not free-but-you-must-register. Actually free: every word, every feature, every time, for everyone. This is the standard we hold MyAnagramSolver to, and the standard we will maintain.
