Entering only 7 tiles when more are available. Enter your full rack even if it contains 8 or more letters. The 7-letter filter finds plays using any 7 of your available letters — entering more letters always gives you more results, never fewer.

Forgetting blank tiles. Enter ? for each blank on your rack. A blank can fill whichever missing letter a 7-letter word needs. Missing this step hides many bingo opportunities.
